A consulting firm registered with the association (Ordre des architectes du Québec) and the enterprises register (REQ) to provide professional services in accordance with the Architects Act and the code of ethics. The office offers professional services for buildings, including but not limited to residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional use, of any size or complexity.

Projet résidentiel de 235 unités d'habitation :

Contrôle qualité sur le dossier d'exécussion,  la conformité au code de construction et la rédaction du devis pour Huma architecture. Le projet comporte une accessibilité universelle et des unités adaptables. Ville de l'assomption, Québec. Émission pour construction le 30 avril 2026.

Residential project of 235 housing units :

Quality control on the execution documents, compliance with the building code, and drafting of the specifications for Huma Architecture. The project includes universal accessibility and adaptable units. City of L'Assomption, Quebec. Issued for construction on April 30, 2026.

Aménagement d'ïles

Conception et aménagement d'ïle de type Méditerranéen à Dubaï pour le développeur Nakheel. Présentation en 2008 pour Gambert Engineering.

Islands development

Design and layout of a Mediterranean-style island in Dubai for the developer Nakheel. Presented in 2008 for Gambert Engineering.

Projet résidentiel de maisons en rangée à Laval. Conception en 2018 pour Yves Bilodeau.

Projet institutionnel

Bâtiment d'exposition en deux niveaux pour la direction d'économie de la ville d'Alep en Syrie. Concours d'architecture remporté en 2001, suivi de contrat de conception et d'administration de la construction. achèvement en 2003. 

Institutional Project

Two-level exhibition building for the Department of Economics of the city of Aleppo in Syria. Architectural competition won in 2001, followed by a design and construction management contract. Completed in 2003.

Projet industriel

Réaménagement des locaux de l'atelier mécanique du centre de gestion de l'équipement roulant (CGER) à Sainte-Hyacinthe, Québec. Conception en 2024 pour LLA architecture. 

 

Industrial project

Redesign of the mechanical workshop premises at the rolling equipment management center (CGER) in Sainte-Hyacinthe, Québec. Designed in 2024 for LLA architecture.

Conception de tour

Tour à bureau à Dubai, lot no.1 pour la zone de Jumeira-Lake-Towers,  conçue en 2007 pour l'entreprise ALSERKAL avec Gambert Engineering.

Élaboration du concept comparativement au taux d'aire de plancher, étude de topologie de la tour, élévations, volumétrie, image architectural et études des codes et réglementation municipale.

 

Tower Design

Office tower in Dubai, lot no.1 in the Jumeira-Lake-Towers district, designed in 2007 for ALSERKAL with Gambert Engineering.

Development of the concept compared to the floor area ratio, study of tower topology, elevations, massing, architectural image, and studies of municipal codes and regulations.
